Once you have completed your purchase from our website, we will send the email address given to us in the order a link for you to download your tickets as a PDF file or if you have an iPhone you can add these tickets to your Apple Wallet. We will email you from Tickets@thebigniteout.co.uk, please ensure this email address is saved as a safe sender or VIP so it does not go into your junk mail.

If you create a customer account on our website you can also see your order there.

Tickets purchased online from our website www.TheBigNiteOut.co.uk only are non refundable after a 14 day period from the date of purchase, unless the ticket was purchased within 14 days of the event date.

If you are unwell or can no longer attend an event, we can assist in helping you try to resell the tickets on, but you are not eligible for a refund.

If we cancel an event in its entirety then we will automatically issue all ticket holders with a refund at the earliest possible moment.

If an event is rescheduled for whatever reason, all ticket holders will be contacted via email to the email address they gave us when ordering offering an opportunity to move tickets to the new date or offer a refund. We will usually give a period of time for a response after which the tickets will be moved and the standard refund policy will be enacted.

Early Access tickets are limited per event to 50 tickets. These tickets allow you to enter the venue between 19:00 and 19:30 without the need to queue, effectively allowing you early access into the event - think of this as a queue jump. But more importantly, this option is also there for people who would normally queue for 45+ minutes to be able to choose their preferred seats/tables, this option now means you get to be among the first into the venue without the need to queue. Seating and tables are still first come first served, but if you have Early Access and arrive between 19:00 and 19:30 you will be able to be amongst the first to choose. Please note after 19:30 an early access ticket will just be the same as a general admission and you will need to queue.

Early Access ticketing is a trial for 2027 that we are testing to see if this helps with the queues before our events based on feedback we receive from customers via our surveys.

General Admission tickets are standard tickets that allow access from 19:30.

We love large groups at our events, they are the perfect opportunity for celebration and enjoyment together.
